Uncovering the Social Evils of Radical Feminism (unedited)

I have great respect for the idea that people, regardless of gender, race, age or creed should enjoy equal human and social rights. I am aware that this is an idealistic view but without it the human race has no hope and so I cling to it. It is at that point though that my views and those of radical feminism diverge sharply.

Mainstream feminism was born as a counter reaction to the stifling social restraints imposed by the middle classes on both men and women alike. These restraints meant there was a rule governing every single aspect of ones public and private behaviour. This is a behavioural trait that the middle classes are always fond of imposing upon each other. It also serves to allow them to look down upon those (chiefly the working classes) who fail to want to keep and live by those rules and thus to feel superior to them. What the middle classes call “good manners” becomes a prison, if over done, that kills natural behaviour in people. As a result, simmering resentments brew and bubble beneath the surface, unable to find an outlet because of social etiquette. These restraints apply equally, but in different ways, to men and women alike. However, in pre 20th century Britain, the constraints on middle class women meant that they could not work in any meaningful way within almost any of the higher professions. A view, and this is often overlooked, that was fiercely defended and co-invented by most females of the day. Eventually the resentment burst free and found its focus in the Pankhurst family. The irony of all of this is that within the working classes, who were living in appalling and debilitating poverty, men and women suffered from hunger, disease and low wages equally. Their condition was imposed on them generally, by the rich middle classes and it was not until intellectual poverty struck too hard and too often at middle class women that they decided to act and press for equality for all.

Radical feminism is the extreme wing of mainstream feminism. Radical feminists are not content to fight for equal rights for females. They prefer to fight for the establishment of a female master race. In this respect, their hatred of men (known as misandry) is deep and is what drives their writings, and philosophy. This hate brings about a rewriting of history and a reshaping of the views of ordinary men and women. It's impact has been a disaster on family relationships and the political, social and financial needs of a whole generation. Single handedly radical feminism has poisoned the views of ordinary people to such a profound respect that there now exists a gender war, the like of which has never been seen before in human history. The result is escalating divorce rates and the huge cataclysmic destruction of relationships between parents and their children.

Yet most ordinary people remain unaware that their views have been poisoned at all. They are drip fed a cocktail of disturbing ideas a little at a time. Over a period of forty years, this slow revolution has created chaotic and dangerous world views that have led to the slow demise of the family in favour of selfish and irresponsible attitudes coming to the fore. It has been my experience that mainstream feminists are often deeply embarrassed and as disturbed by their radical counterparts as I am. Enlightened and intelligent mainstream feminists also worry that their radical sisters are bringing the whole feminist movement into disrepute and there is growing evidence that they are right to be so concerned.

The drip feeding of these views have shamed some men into turning against their own race of fellow men. Believing themselves to be enlightened “new men” they have contributed to the misery being heaped upon our sons and daughters. Unable to see that they have taken the radical feminist bait, hook, line and sinker. These men take the view that all other men are simply getting back what they dished out to women for years. Of course, that view is only accurate if the radical feminist view of past history is accurate. As it is not -- because it is based on profound and deep misunderstandings of the social forces acting on men and women from the past -- so the views of these “new men” are also faulty. Another misunderstanding carried by the “new men” is that those of us who fight against the extreme feminist views are somehow trying to return us all to a mythical pre 1950`s golden age where women stayed in the kitchen, children were seen and not heard and men were the sole breadwinners. In fact, what we are about is bringing some sanity to our social lives and restoring respect for the family. Both of which are eminently noble aims.

Radical feminism is a crude, nasty, dangerous and socially divisive philosophy based on very strange philosophical concepts that have little or no basis in reality. The disgust I have for these creatures is very big and very deep. What makes it so dangerous is that these ideas are cloaked in emotive language and promulgated by people who, at first glance, appear eminently reasonable. It is only as we look beneath the surface that we find the movements true aims. Like the communism it was born from, radical feminism has a public face and an obscured, but deeply evil private face. I make no apology for the strength of my language in these descriptions.

Let me give an example.

Some years ago I was listening to the radio at home. A radical feminist (American) was enjoying a non searching interview about her views on men and women in general. I was only half listening because I was busy doing something. I did notice a sudden and very skilful change by the interviewer though. The subject of the interview, whose name I cannot remember but who I know was high in the ranks of radical feminism and an author on that subject, was talking in animated tones about the evil of men and how brave females were fighting back led by people like her. Up to this point the interviewer had allowed this women to talk on a fairly shallow level but then, she suddenly delved deeper into the psyche of her subject. The skill lay in the gentle, subtle tones in her voice and in the non threatening way the interviewer began her dig. Within minutes she had uncovered the dark and deeply disturbed soul of the interviewee who had previously sounded so assured and intelligent. What emerged was a woman driven by pure and simple hate. But it was hate dressed up in impressive sounding academic language and camouflaged with a smile in the voice.

The radical feminist leader began to get in touch with her animal side and rave in ever more strident tones. Soon the true nature of who she was became obvious and the core values of her philosophy became clear. Unwrapped from its deceptive “civilised” packaging that philosophy looked evil. Dripping with malice and hatred, ambition and revenge. The interviewer must have been as staggered as I was, for she had uncovered a hidden swamp that festered, undiscovered, within her subject until now.

Time for the interview was running out but the interviewer had saved her best for last.

“What then, do you think of marriage and husbands in general?”

“Marriage is a prison no true feminist would ever let herself be caught in. A husband? Well..., a husband is a rapist that buys you flowers.”

And there it was. The real driving force behind the fine sounding rhetoric. Radical feminism exposed in all of it's ugly, sick and twisted philosophical roots. Not really a true philosophy at all, but a mish mash of loose, often contradictory ideas, whose real aims are the spread of fear into the population, and the domination of that same population by it's leadership. From the young girl terrorised into thinking that every man she meets wants to rape her, to the new bride being told that the man she loves will one day beat her into a pulp.

As I listened to this wonderful interview and my previously glued shut eyes began to open I wondered if these views were simply the views of one demented lunatic within radical feminism. Since those days, probably ten or more years ago, I have looked closely at that movement.. What I have found has simply reinforced my initial suspicions. Radical feminism was not just steeped in Marxism, but was also crawling with other questionable philosophies such as witchcraft and every form of “New Age” nonsense it was possible to include. The creature who had oozed Gollum-like into that studio so long ago, is far from unique. In fact, she represents the norm of the radical feminist leadership. She represents the forces destroying our family values and sowing fear, mixed with suspicious aggression into our daughters and guilty fear into our sons.

At first, I too was frightened. I was afraid simply because of the sheer numbers of the radical feminist movement. I was afraid because their influence had spread over the face of the planet into every western nation on earth. They were infecting the World Health Organisation, they were spreading like a fungus into the United Nations. They were welded to the education systems of many countries. They were slithering into the media at every level and infested politics like a plague. I thought the battle was already lost. The truth was dead and the lie had won. Then I had an encounter which filled me with hope.

I met a radical feminist in the flesh and changed her views.
That though is for another article. Let it be enough for now to say this:

The battle has not been lost because people do not remain asleep. Give them the information and they wake up surprisingly quickly. I hope that this article, in some small way, contributes to that noble aim.
